to be held in Polignano a Mare, Italy, 10 & 11 October, 2024.

Registration Fee

  Regular fee: 500,00 €
Student (BSc/MSc) fee: 400,00 €

Registration (Standard) (until July 15)

  Regular fee: 450,00 €
Student (BSc/MSc) fee: 350,00 €

Late Registration (after July 15)

  Regular fee: 500,00 €
Student (BSc/MSc) fee: 400,00 €

Registration fees includes:

admission to the scientific program on both days;
 conference materials;
 lunches;
 coffee breaks and a welcome reception.

Cancellation policy

  1. Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund net of bank charges.
  2. Cancellations made within 60-30 days in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund net of bank charges.
  3. Cancellations made within 30 days to the event will incur a 100% fee
